Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has no hair. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson tan hat.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. The war was a terrible time for him, and Chad does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He married young, but lost his spouse to goblins. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of goblins

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Spice Merchant profession.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. A gifted student he started as a Spice Merchant, but he got bored and became a Masseuse. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This man stands a little under 5'9" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His black hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He works hard and plays hard.

History: The child of a Soapmaker, who enjoyed hunting, Thomas was taken on many hunting expeditions. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently the stress of being a Hunter has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he desires power and/or immortality
