History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a nunchaku on his belt. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair is brown and very short. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jocelyn's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jocelyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Apothecary they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Blacksmith, and he later adopted a second son.
