History: The child of a Bellfounder, who enjoyed hunting, Jocelyn was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Animal Trainer for the past few years.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Being a Bather kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his feathered blue hat.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Hugh is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
