History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Manfred grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: An older man who wears bulky green painted plate armor, he is not a threatening figure. He sports a long chestnut beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Roland lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. One day when Roland was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Roland was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he tends to wear a large black jacket. He has moderate length red hair. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He takes great joy in being the best Spy in town.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Spy for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: He is an average looking eastern male in his early mid-life. He dresses well, wearing black shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Manfred was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Manfred's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Manfred and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.
