History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Engraver. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Balimaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
