History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Aldous was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Aldous's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aldous fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is an amazing painter.

History: Born in the north to a Sage, Shane learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sage responsibilities is difficult; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has gray eyes.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His first spouse was a Herbalist, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Herbalist they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Carpenter, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and to unite with his sister

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are hazel.

Personality: Manfred speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Manfred does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Manfred hails from a village terrorized by giants. He married young, but lost his spouse to giants. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a sword on his belt. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and human compassion
