Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Roland was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
