History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
