History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Gilbert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with his old friends

History: Ernest was born with his father's beautiful face. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Ernest alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He's also a talented Shoemaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He got into the Bricklayer business at a young age. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He tends to his Bricklayer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to reunite with his old friends
