History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Diggory grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Don was born the youngest of three triplets. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: The light-skinned man stands 6'3" and is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has moderate length black hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Everard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Everard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: William is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Description: He wears a black coat over a tan low-cut shirt, and a small hat upon his head. He is physically well-built. His head has been shaved. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. The war was a terrible time for him, and Lewis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Lewis was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a deep hatred of goblins
