Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Marshal born in the past three hundred years. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This man is very fat, and does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Apothecary who has hired him part-time. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Detective. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants a kiss

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a tight fitting tan shirt and pants. His brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Layabout. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Adam was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
