Personality: Simon wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dustin grew up listening to his father's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This tall, slender man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
