History: He comes from a rich western family. A gifted student he started as a Locksmith, but he got bored and became a Animal Trainer. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Frederick wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part...
