History: Richard was born with his mother's beautiful face. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Richard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Fisher, and he later adopted a second daughter.
