Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Theobald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Richard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. The war was a terrible time for him, and Richard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Richard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Richard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly warhammers and lances. He wears his golden hair down. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his feathered green hat.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Nicholas was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born into a rich family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it

Ideals: Justice. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Rich, Religious. Occupation: Apothecary

Voice: German accent

Description: He is in excellent shape and is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Through the years after Adelard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Adelard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is greedy.
