Description: This man tends to wear a large blue jacket. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has a very tight haircut. This brown eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Kyle was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Shepherd. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and balancing his hectic life and new shepherd responsibilities is difficult

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'11". He is well dressed, constantly wearing a grey suit, brown shirt, and black tie, and his gloved hand is found clutching a greatsword. He wears his red hair down. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is an amazing painter.
History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He is renowned for his bright red suits and hats. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is white and very short. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Arnold was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He became a Guard soon after.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and doesn't want to be a guard and was forced into it by his family

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy brown hair. His eyes are blue and beady.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, John will drive conversation. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He wears his black hair down. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: Alex hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Dyer mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants his loneliness to end
