Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Jocelyn was born with his mother's beautiful face. History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.
