History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
