History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Engraver responsibilities is difficult; and he has a crush on the local soapmaker

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a brown vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his brown boots flare out at the collars. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are green and beady.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cartwright for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
