History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Lewis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lewis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lewis. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Cory has worked very hard to control his curse. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in the north to a Animal Trainer, Thomas learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
