Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Randal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
