Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A middle-aged man, he is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior, and is pretty ugly. He has a long golden beard with little hanging trinkets. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and revenge

Description: 6'3" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears green leather gloves, a green jacket, and tight pants. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adelard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adelard. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: He wears an entirely black suit with pastel socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He carries with him a set of bastard swords, each one with a amber on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His skin is flawless and his amber eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This slender man stands about 6'5". He wears brown trousers with violet and black striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His white hair, when down, is lengthy. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Patrick was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Patrick's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
