History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Manfred never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
