Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Gilbert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a deep hatred of goblins

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he prefers to wear black clothing when he does not wear armor. His brown hair is lengthy. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a black tunic with tan highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around his shoes, and is pretty ugly. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Laborer. His hair is short and black. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: The child of a Seamstress, who enjoyed hunting, Adelard was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Adelard took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up spear and armor he uses now. He has achieved small success as a Laborer.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
