Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull yellow iron scale mail. He has shaved his head bald. His gray eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Roland has worked very hard to control his curse. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Baker.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Thomas has worked very hard to control his curse. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a worn and beaten armor. With a patchy auburn beard and wild auburn hair. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Hugh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has achieved small success as a Unemployed.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and many illithids want him driven away

He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Beggar work with an outfit from a few towns over. Beggar work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Beggar job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job

This search led him directly into Interpreter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Interpreter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Interpreter for hire.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new interpreter responsibilities is difficult
