Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Nicholas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He struck the Fortune-teller job and began his own company from there.

His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Charles is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born into a rich family. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Patrick never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His tied-back hair is brown. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lewis grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lewis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
