History: Nicholas was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His first spouse was a Hunter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shepherd for the past few years.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Alexandre's homeland. Alexandre decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.
