History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born in the north to a Bellfounder, Charles learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Charles was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Charles's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

A gifted student he started as a Engraver, but he got bored and became a Carter. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.
