Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He dresses in red turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with blue slacks. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Jocelyn was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He takes great joy in being the best Shoemaker in town.

History: He comes from a rich western family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shoemaker. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
