History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Odo alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wishes to resurrect an old love
