Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born into a rich family. A gifted student he started as a Spy, but he got bored and became a Tanner. He's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. Patrick enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Bellfounder mother left him crippled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
