Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A freak accident while working with his Farmer mother left him crippled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Raymond was born the youngest of three triplets. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and to find somewhere to settle down
