History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by giants. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Jeweler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Jeweler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Jeweler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. After a long history of fighting, Hunter and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Simon grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Gardener. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Gardener for the past few years.
