He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: The child of a Slave Trader, who enjoyed hunting, Henry was taken on many hunting expeditions. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Henry was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.
