Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new layabout responsibilities is difficult

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. He has styled his golden hair well, parting it to the left. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bernard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Bernard was born the youngest of three triplets. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Merchant and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. He has brown eyes.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. A true patriot, Thomas would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
