History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gerald was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is content; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a Shepherd, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Frederick liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
