Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: Bernard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Bernard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He got into the Bather business at a young age. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bather, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and to be a carter again

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Mortician who has hired him part-time. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he's in love

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Detective. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he would like to get married and retire
