History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Born to a Spy, his father struggled to pay the bills. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people.

His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable
