History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Anthony grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born in the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
