History: The child of a Courier, who enjoyed hunting, Alex was taken on many hunting expeditions. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Description: 5'0" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He tends to wear a pastel poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He sports a long golden beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Soapmaker born in the past three hundred years. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Soapmaker.

Description: He stands about 5'4" and wears a white armored body suit, with a simple green line shooting up and back down. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He has no hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Roofer business.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a black coat over a red low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
