History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.

History: Born in the west to a Apothecary, Theodoric learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He tends to his Apothecary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is wearing a long, tan cloak. His hair is white and very short. His ears are large.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and to be a ploughman again

Description: This western man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His clothes are grease stained in places. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bertram isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Bertram was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Map Maker. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
