History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His first spouse was a Weaver, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Shipwright. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
