Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Richard took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up kukri and armor he uses now. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Engraver. He has worked as a Engraver like his father before him.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. Adam was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Adam decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
