History: Manfred was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

Personality: Manfred speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
