Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. The war was a terrible time for him, and Balimaar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Balimaar was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He prefers to wear white pants and tee shirts. With a patchy brown beard and wild brown hair. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes., but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'1" when asserting himself. His golden hair is cut short. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his small brown hat.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Theodoric was born the youngest of three triplets. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Heward hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Heward alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away.
