He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has worked as a Carter like his father before him.

History: Born in the west to a Performer, Adam learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Thomas lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
