History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Gerald was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gerald's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nicholas was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and an old rival family wants him found
