History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Guy fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Percival's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Gilbert was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Glassblower. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Godfrey was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he wants revenge against dire rats
