History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Percival was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now owns his own business.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
