Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his broad white hat.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
